Our very first success story on LovelyChinaLady

Not a big deal, you would say. But for a small community such as LovelyChinaLady, it is very good news.

Ian (site name Ian member id 00188) and Mandy (site name iceage member id 00417)

Mandy (from Guangzhou) first joined LCL on 11 of March 2011, and Ian (from Dongguan) joined a few months later on 17 July 2011. Mandy did not really communicate much with other members at first, and quite frankly I think she had her doubts if she would meet her life mate here.

After Ian joined, he send a few messages to some ladies, also to Mandy. As we monitored the progress, we could see there was definitely sparks in the air.

I received Ian’s email last Friday to tell me that he just came back from Australia, and that he managed to get all the much needed documents to get married. He excitedly wrote about the night when he decided to pop the question to Mandy. They will be traveling to Mandy’s hometown to ask the parent’s blessings on Sunday, June the 3rd. Ian promised to send in some wedding photos so that we can share their happiness here.
